2. Introductory provisions

These terms and conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations between the operator of www.inviverse.cz (“operator”) and a user who reserves or purchases a ticket via the website for film screenings distributed under the INVIVERSE brand, currently the Uranus 2324 - Special Version screening.

3. Ordering and selling tickets

A ticket can be purchased online via the order form on the Tickets page. The form and payment are handled by our contractual partner SimpleShop.cz. A purchase contract is concluded once the order is submitted and payment is received; confirmation and further instructions are sent by email.

The current ticket price is 350 CZK per person. Payment is made by bank transfer in CZK or EUR, or in cash; specific payment details are sent to you after the order is placed.

4. Unassigned seating - no seat numbers

For the Uranus 2324 - Special Version screening, tickets are sold without an assigned seat (open/unassigned seating). A ticket entitles the holder to enter the auditorium, not to a specific seat. Entry order follows the date and time the ticket was purchased - the earlier you secure your ticket, the earlier you are admitted and the wider your choice of seats.

If the operator offers assigned-seat tickets for a future screening, the specific terms will be stated for that screening and will take precedence over this chapter.

5. Admission and ticket checks

Admission to the screening requires presenting a valid ticket (printed or electronic) to cinema staff. The cinema is entitled to verify the validity of the ticket and the identity of its holder.

The cinema reserves the right to refuse admission to, or remove from the screening, a viewer under the influence of alcohol or other substances, a viewer disrupting the screening, or a viewer failing to respect the cinema's house rules, without entitlement to a refund.

6. Cancellation, refunds and exchanges

A purchased ticket is a payment document for a specific screening and date, and a duly purchased ticket generally cannot be returned or exchanged - under Section 1837(j) of the Czech Civil Code, contracts for the use of leisure time at a specified date (which includes admission to cultural events) are excluded from the right of withdrawal that otherwise applies to distance purchases (i.e. the 14-day return period does not apply to cultural tickets).

An exception applies where the screening is cancelled or materially changed by the operator (see Art. 7). You can always contact info@inviverse.cz for help with an individual case.

7. Cancellation or change of the screening by the operator

For serious operational, technical or programming reasons, the operator reserves the right to cancel the screening, move it to a different date, or change the screening room. You will be informed of any change without undue delay at the email address given in your order.

If the operator cancels the screening and does not offer an alternative date acceptable to you, you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.

8. Complaints

Complaints relating to a ticket purchase (e.g. a failed payment, a missing confirmation, a technical screening fault) should be raised at info@inviverse.cz. Complaints are handled in accordance with Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, and Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection.

9. Copyright

All website content - texts, poster, trailer, logo and graphic elements - is protected by copyright and is the property of the operator or the respective rights holders (film studios and distributors). Any use without consent is prohibited.

10. Personal data protection

Personal data processing is governed by our separate Privacy Policy.

Cookies used on this website are described in our Cookie Policy.

11. Alternative dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute, consumers have the right to alternative dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI), Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, www.coi.cz, or via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Final provisions

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. The operator reserves the right to change these terms at any time; the current version is always available on this page. Last updated: September 2026.
